The Role

We’re hiring a full-time Video Editor to support our video editing agency team on a variety of long-form content. This includes YouTube videos and premium course material. You will be assigned clients by us, so you can focus fully on the edit without worrying about managing clients.

Each project comes with clear direction, creative briefs, and feedback from our team. You are expected to deliver clean, professional edits that meet our standards for structure, pacing, on time, and visual quality.

You will also take part in regular team calls, stay in communication throughout the week, and collaborate with other editors when needed. This role is built for someone who enjoys a structured workflow, works well in a team, and is committed to producing thoughtful, polished content.

  • You can fully commit to your assigned workload here
  • You communicate clearly and meet every deadline

We respect creative independence. If you’re organized and can balance your time, we support your outside work.


What you will do

YouTube Videos
Educational, commentary, or value-driven content. We aim for clarity, flow, and visual simplicity that supports the message.

Course Content
Recorded lessons and modules. These need to be clean, concise, and distraction-free while keeping the viewer engaged.

Occasional Branded Videos
This may include video case studies, internal brand assets, or event-based material. These should feel modern, on-brand, and professionally structured.

We want editors who see the full picture, not just what’s on the timeline. You think about pacing, clarity, and tone. You understand what makes people stay engaged, and you care about how every second plays.

We value:

  • Experience with long-form content for YouTube or education
  • Technical skills with editing softwares like Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
  • Basic motion graphics ability (After Effects or equivalent)
  • Clear communication and responsiveness
  • Attention to detail in every phase of the process
  • A mindset focused on quality, not shortcuts
